Hampton Inn & Suites San Jose – Hotel near airport in San Jose

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were spacious, but unfortunately, there was some noise disturbance like furniture being moved around until late at night. The wheelchair accommodation was handy, but there was a noticeable musty smell in the room. The price for the day was $156.01, which seemed fair considering the amenities offered.

The service was excellent, very attentive and accommodating. The location was convenient, though a bit isolated. The dining experience was okay with a variety of foods offered. The facilities were satisfactory, providing what was needed for a comfortable stay.

The hotel is located near various amenities like restaurants, the fair grounds, and the San Jose Municipal Stadium, making it convenient for exploring the area. However, the industrial and mobile home park surroundings may not appeal to all guests, and noise from neighboring businesses could be bothersome. The hotel provides handy services like printing boarding passes, but late-night surroundings can seem sketchy, and Uber rides can be pricey during the week.

My stay at the Wyndham, 8 miles away from our conference, was overall pleasant. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but noise could be an issue if neighbors aren't considerate. The service was friendly and accommodating, although our room wasn't ready upon early arrival. The location had its drawbacks being in a less favorable area of San Jose, with noise disruptions early in the morning.
